Easter bunnies
I made these Easter bunnies last year for my Etsy shop but since I’m always a little bit late - I didn’t end up posting them on social media or anywhere else. So here they are now…
I have a hard time getting in the mood to illustrate out of season - like I know there are magazines and advertising planning out their holiday launch. But who wants to draw Santa now? The daffodils are just about to bloom. All I can think about is Spring. Even Mother’s Day seems too far off to think about.
I guess I can use this to my advantage. If I start making new Easter artwork now, it probably won’t be ready in time but at least I will have it for next year.
I’ve been trying to plan my social media posts in advance - and having these bunnies at the ready has really helped this week.
