Fika - Swedish Coffee Break
I’ve been a little obsessed with the Spoonflower contests lately. I entered this pattern into the Fika contest. Fika is a Swedish tradition of taking a break with coworkers, or family members or friends, and having a coffee and something sweet to eat. I love the sound of that.
I’m really happy with how this turned out. Even though I didn’t rank in the top tier, It’s still a personal best as this got the most votes yet.
Of course, it’s not really about the competition. It’s about pushing myself and my work to be better. I’m learning a lot from the practice.
